since halloween is almost upon us i thought i would show you a simple halloween design that is quick and easy, perfect for a halloween party or trick or treating :)

as you can see its a nice simple design that you can do in many colours for halloween :)
heres a step by step of how its done :
step 1.
prep the nail! - file and shape the nail. push back cuticles, make sure there is no cuticle left on the nail plate or side walls. apply a thin base coat.
step 2. select a base colour and apply two coats. I'm using Barry M polish but you can use any polish you like.
step 3. Once dry you will need either a dotting tool or a nail art brush to do your design and either some polish or acrylic paint. I am using a dotting tool and black acrylic paint for this part.
step 4. paint two oval/circles for the eyes, which ever eye shape you want. Then add two small dots for the nose.
step 5. Add a mouth, which is a line straight across, then 3 smaller lines going down through it.
step 6. Using white polish or acrylic paint, do two small dots inside the eyes.
step 7. when everything is dry, apply top coat and you'll have lovely halloween nails :)
